    4、玻璃厚度与钢化程度

      由于玻璃中内应力的产生取决于玻璃中温度梯度的存在,玻璃越厚,淬冷时的温度梯度越大。条件相同时,玻璃越厚,钢化程度越高。当玻璃厚度减少10%时,钢化程度下降6%,需要增加7%的热交换效率来予以补偿。在实际生产中,多以提高风栅的淬冷风压来实现。钢化薄玻璃时,还常降低冷却介质的温度,以提高其与玻璃的热交换效率。
